Your Travel Buddy is a Michigan-based travel and marketing company. We operate and manage several travel portals. Our focus is growing our brands and revenue. Currently, we are looking for several exceptional travel writers to create content for one of several top travel websites.

We are seeking freelance writers to create engaging and informative content for our travel portal websites. Much of the work will focus on US vacation destinations, Caribbean vacations and Mexico vacations; other leisure travel destinations will be added in the future.

We are also seeking special travel writers that write “Top 10” and “How To” destination articles, weather land or sea (cruising) and vacation rentals, adventure travel, hunting and fishing, we want your articles..

Assignments may include: articles for our weekly email newsletter to a 500,000 subscriber audience highlighting the latest deals and the hottest tips on travel; shorter quantities of text for the website describing last minute travel deals, weekly specials or upcoming events; longer articles on topics of general interest on aspects of travel.

Job Requirements

• Native English speaker.
• Excellence in English grammar and punctuation.
• Intuitive sense of Internet writing style that is upbeat, creative and engaging.
• Capacity to produce content that conforms to standards outlined in our Style Guide.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a deadline driven environment.
• Dependability and clear communication skills regarding work availability.
• Ability to target their writing for Search Engine Optimization using provided keywords.

Writers work from their own home office.

Compensation

You will be compensated on a per article basis, plus, sign up for Google Adsense and you may also make additional money from Google Adsense revenue on all the pages that your article(s) are displayed. Earn a lifetime residual income off your quality articles.

Compensation rates are determined according to the length of the article. Desired article lengths range from 250-500 words. Compensation rates are from $10 to $15 per article.

You will be paid monthly via PayPal. You must have a PayPal account to get paid. You will be paid 30 days after your article is published.
